I humbly demand and request you to Lodge an F.I.R. under sections 120 B, 295A, 153B, 295, 298, 504, 505 (1) (b), 205 (2), of the I.P.C. and IT Act 66, 67 for Insulting My Maa Bhagwati "RaktBeej Sangharini Maa Mahakaali." Also, for Targeting the Religious belief and Faith of every Sanatani Hindu.
Dear Sir, Jai Hind, Vande Matram, I, GrandMaster Shifuji Shaurya Bharadwaj, wish to bring to your notice serious mischief being played against The Deities of "The Sanatan Hindu Dharm." It looks like an Online well-planned agenda to tarnish and disturb the sentiments and religious beliefs of The Hindus. This Act also seems to be planned propaganda to tarnish the Unity within the communities in Bharat Ganrajya.
Here is my brief introduction - I am a practitioner of Counter-Terrorism and An Inventor of the Mitti System. The Mitti System is the only Swadeshi Customisable Counter-Terrorism, Counter-Insurgency, Armed Lethal Urban Warfare System. I was also trained at the Israeli Counter Terror Academy for my advanced tactical combat techniques of the Urban Counter Terror, Israeli full contact tactical armed systems, Counter-terrorism, and counter-insurgency. Therefore, I hold the honor of being the first-ever Indian to have completed a graduation certification course and The Ph.D. certification course from the official academy mentioned above. I further say that I have trained in some of the highly acclaimed combat anti-terrorism and counter-terrorism training programs. In addition, I have been imparting customised and specialized combat mentoring services FOR FREE to significant governmental strategic wings, combat units, and special forces of the Indian Armed Forces.
Here is my complaint-
Yesterday, I saw a tweet, a Facebook post, and an Instagram post of FilmMaker Madam Leena Manimekalai, which shook me and hurt my self-belief as a proud Indian and a Proud Sanatani Hindu. The documentary poster, which Leena Manimekalai shared on Twitter, depicts a woman dressed in the costume of Goddess Kaali smoking a cigarette. The poster also shows the actor cast as Kaali in addition to her trident and sickle wielding the LBGTQ+ community's rainbow flag. This poster is an insult to the Hindu community. To reply to the post, I requested the filmmaker to offer an unconditional apology or face legal action. I waited for 24 hours and now wish to practice my constitutional rights.
Sir, You are requested to instruct the concerned authorities to investigate it as a priority and may Lodge an F.I.R. under sections 120 B, 295A, 153B, 295, 298, 504, 505 (1) (b), 205 (2), of the I.P.C. and I.T. Act 66, 67 for Insulting My Maa Bhagwati "RaktBeej Sangharini Maa Mahakaali." May I also request you to consider this complaint against a conscious attempt to target the Religious belief and Faith of every Sanatani Hindu? The I.P.C., as mentioned above, and I.T. Act Sections are positively my humble suggestion.
