Bhawna Sharma who got arrested by Jaipur Police yesterday has filed 16 FIR of Rape, Molestation and Gang Rapes against different people.

But was she arrested for filling these 16 FIR?

Well No, she was arrested because she filed a case against even her own lawyer and messed with many other lawyers. As a result Advocate Nitin Meena lodged an FIR against her under Section 3(1)(rs) of the SC/ST Act and even Bar Council of Jaipur wrote a letter to Police for her arrest and at last she was arrested. But what if she has not targeted Lawyers, what if her Victim is not someone who can file an SC/ST case to neutralise her Rape FIR? What about those who were helping her to lodge these cases since last so many years? Why one needs to misuse SC/ST Act to fight against the misuse of Rape Laws?
