This transformation, over the last two editions, has been brought about by initiatives that propel our hardworking athletes to perform to the best of their abilities on the biggest of stages.
In parallel, the Modi government has also invested significant amounts on the development of sports across the country, focusing on identifying talent early and creating an infrastructural framework that aids such talent to grow.
