चंडीगढ़ मेयर चुनाव में हुई कथित गड़बड़ी के मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट में मंगलवार को सख्त निर्देश देते हुए दोबारा काउंटिंग कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं. इतना ही नहीं चीफ जस्टिस ने यह भी कहा है कि जिन 8 वोटों को अमान्य घोषित किया गया था. अब गिनती के दौरान उन्हें मान्य किया जाएगा.
सीजेआई की बेंच ने इससे पहले सोमवार को सुनवाई में रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर ने कुबूल किया था कि उन्होंने ही बैलट पेपर पर क्रॉस लगाया था. कोर्ट ने रिटर्निंग अफसर से पूछताछ के बाद चुनाव से संबंधित सारे ऑरिजनल वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग और दस्तावेज मंगाए थे, जो कोर्ट रूम पहुंचे. रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर का वीडियो और बैलेट पेपर भी कोर्ट रूम में जमा कर दिए गया.
इलेक्टोरल बॉन्ड एक बहुत बड़ा घोटाला था इस अवैध धन से भाजपा कई तरह के गलत काम कर रही थीचुनावों में अकूत धन खर्च किए जा रहे थें विधायकों की खरीद फरोख्त इसी अवैध धन से हो रहे थेंइसकी निष्पक्ष जांच हो जाए तो अब तक राष्ट्रवाद का चोला ओढ़ कर देशभक्त बन रहे कई बड़ी मछलियां दबोची जाएंगी।
