कानपुर के पनकी क्षेत्र स्थित एचडीएफसी बैंक की एक शाखा से जुड़ा वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर तेजी से वायरल हो रहा है. वीडियो में बैंक के अंदर महिला कर्मचारी और एक महिला खाताधारक के बीच तीखी बहस दिखाई दे रही है. आरोप है कि खाताधारक की शिकायत पर बैंक कर्मी ने अभद्र भाषा का इस्तेमाल किया और खुद को “ठाकुर” बताते हुए धमकी दी. घटना के बाद बैंक कर्मियों के व्यवहार और ग्राहक सेवा को लेकर सवाल उठने लगे हैं.
