आजाद भारत के इतिहास का काला दिन 1 जनवरी 1948को ओड़िशा मे खरसावां और सरायकेला को शामिल करने के विरोध मे खरसावां हॉट मैदान मे हजारों आदिवासी एकत्रित हुए जहाँ किसी विवाद पर आर्मी फोर्स ने निहत्थे आदिवासियों पर गोलिया चला दी जिसमे30 से अधिक बेकसूर आदिवासी मारे गए!!
