Our History
CHAO YUON, established in 1992, is specialized in wire shelving, fine mesh shelving and collapsible trolleys and variable wire manufacturing base in Taiwan. For over 28 years, our manufacturing team has been offering skillful, experience, quality services to satisfy our customers' needs including our own products and OEM/ODM products exporting globally.
Our Factory
Our new facility, taking place 22,000 square meter, located in Xianxi industrial park near Taichung Port in the middle of Taiwan, is ready and equipped advanced automatic production lines, packaging lines, which can increase the production rate, reduce labor interaction for competitive prices and quality products.

Production Equipment
Wire, tubing processes, steel sheets (Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel): welding (Spot welding, TIG, MIG, Brazing, Butt), pressing, forming, cutting, bending, machining, punching, polish etc.
Various surface finishes: Zinc Plating, Chrome plating, Lacquer paint, Powder coat, Electro-deposit, Electro-Polishing etc.
Assisted with 3D software (Solidworks) to speed up developing processes.
Long term cooperation with alliance suppliers for varied works for wood, tempered glass, aluminum, plastic injection etc.

Our Service
We actively work with our customers to let them know our ability and our products so they can utilize our ability for their future orders, by which they can save cost and make development going smoothly, get best advantage.
Once we received their orders, we may confirm their packaging and carton printing etc., ask their forwarder's contact information upon completion and ship goods and send documents for customs declaration/clearance according to our customers' instruction. During the periods, we may send customers images during the processes and let them feel comfortable.
Our products are designed almost assembly without any tool required. But for the first order, we will let them know as much as possible so they can know how to use our products, then able to promote it through sale.
