मामला यूपी के सीतापुर का है. यहां किसी बात को लेकर हेडमास्टर और बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी के बीच कहासुनी हो गई. जिसके बाद गुस्साए हेडमास्टर ने अपनी बेल्ट निकालकर अधिकारी को मारना शुरू कर दिया. इस दौरान बीच-बचाव करने आए क्लर्क से भी हेडमास्टर की हाथापाई हुई.
