देशव्यापी स्वाधीनता आंदोलन की जिस मोतिहारी से नींव पड़ी थी, वही घुसपैठियों को रोकने का केंद्र बनेगी। इस चुनाव में लालू यादव और राहुल बाबा के ‘घुसपैठिया बैंक’ पर प्रदेशवासी ताला लगाने वाले हैं। मोतिहारी ने भी एक बार फिर NDA सरकार बनाने में बढ़-चढ़कर योगदान देने का संकल्प लिया है।

दिल्ली और मुंबई जैसे बड़े महानगरों में लोग अपनी संपत्तियों को किराए पर देकर आमदनी तो कमाते हैं, लेकिन अब तक उनके मन में एक डर बना रहता था — कहीं किरायेदार ही घर का मालिक न बन जाए। कई बार किरायेदार सालों, यहां तक कि दशकों तक एक ही घर में रहते हैं, जिससे यह भ्रम फैल गया था कि लंबे समय तक रहने से स्वामित्व का अधिकार मिल जाता है।
अब इस विषय पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक ऐतिहासिक फैसला सुनाया है। कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट कर दिया कि —
👉 अगर कोई किरायेदार 40 या 50 साल तक भी किसी मकान में रहता है, तो भी वह उस मकान का मालिक नहीं बन सकता।
संपत्ति पर अधिकार केवल उसके वास्तविक मालिक का ही रहेगा। किसी जगह लंबे समय तक रहना स्वामित्व का प्रमाण नहीं हो सकता। यह फैसला उन सभी घर मालिकों के लिए राहत लेकर आया है जो वर्षों से इस डर में जी रहे थे कि कहीं उनका किरायेदार संपत्ति पर दावा न कर दे।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट का यह निर्णय न केवल कानूनी दृष्टि से महत्वपूर्ण है, बल्कि यह समाज को एक स्पष्ट संदेश भी देता है —
“किराया रहने का अधिकार देता है, स्वामित्व का नहीं।” 🏠⚖️
