पश्चिम बंगाल में अब मुस्लिम महिलाओं को भी SC (अनुसूचित जाति) प्रमाण पत्र मिल रहे हैं!
अर्जिना बीबी (Arzina Bibi) नाम की एक मुस्लिम महिला को 2021 में कोच बिहार जिले से राजबंशी समुदाय के तहत अनुसूचित जाति का प्रमाण पत्र जारी किया गया।
संविधान के अनुसार SC का लाभ केवल हिंदू, सिख और बौद्ध धर्म के लोगों को ही मिल सकता है। मुस्लिमों को SC में शामिल करने का कोई प्रावधान नहीं है। फिर भी TMC शासित बंगाल में ऐसे प्रमाण पत्र जारी हो रहे हैं।
यह आरक्षण की हेराफेरी का एक और बड़ा उदाहरण है, जिससे असली जरूरतमंद SC/ST भाइयों का हक छीना जा रहा है।
बंगाल में पहले OBC में 77 मुस्लिम समुदायों को शामिल करने का खेल खेला गया, जिसे कोर्ट ने रद्द कर दिया। अब SC में भी यह घुसपैठ शुरू?
सवाल यह है - क्या ममता सरकार वोट बैंक के लिए संविधान की भी अनदेखी कर रही है?
